Alexis is a talented and energetic singer/songwriter, Brooklyn born with an exotic mix of Indian, Italian and Irish. Alexis started her career in the musical theatre field, developing her powerful voice. She worked in most of the Off-Broadway Theatres in New York City playing lead roles, including Rebecca in âRagsâ at The American Theatre of Actors, Maria in âWest Side Storyâ at the Daryl Roth 2 Theater, etc. She performed duets with many famous Cabaret and Broadway singers. Ben Vereen was one of her favorites to work with, as well as performing with the cast of Hairspray and Wicked. Alexis has written and recorded numerous songs. She has been played on the radio internationally and nationally, including Betuwe Radio, WWACN, Nox 97 FM, Sprint Radio, US Cellular Radio, XM Radio, WMUW, etc.
