Originally formed in Erie, Pennsylvania in early 2002, Ginger Hustlers have been developing a sound and style of music that is uniquely their own ever since.

"Sleepy - toned Gothabilly", "The Sandman series set in Texas", "and "Nuclear desparado sound" are a few of the terms and phrases used to describe the unique sonic texture of Ginger Hustlers.

In May of 2003, the band relocated to Eugene, Oregon. Since then, Ginger Hustlers have performed regularly in the Pacific Northwest and points beyond, ranging south to California and Mexico. Well honed yet ever evolving and explorational, the band's live shows have become an intensely dynamic, often epic experience.

The September 2004 release of their self - produced debut album, Pulse, showcases the group's diverse approach to songwriting and flair for creating a flowing tapestry of lyrical narratives, haunting melodies, and steady rhythmic undercurrents.
