Gary McCormack lives in Hesperia, CA near San Bernadino in the high
desert. He started playing guitar in 1965 while attending elementary
school in North Hollywood. He has listened to a wide variety of music
including: rock, pop, jazz, 50s and 60s soul, R & B, and country.
Gary has been influenced by The Beatles, Bob Seger, Michael Franks,
Kenny Rogers and Doo-Wop.
In addition to guitar, Gary plays bass and percussion and of course...
sings.
Gary met Michael Weinstein at Canoga Park High School in southern
California .Their friendship has continued over the years leading to the
creation of "My Secret Place" which was engineered by Mike.
"My Secret Place", Gary's first CD, is a collection of some of the songs
that he has written over the past 30 years. Gary hopes to satisfy your every musical whim with these selections.
