Counting all members, a total of 4 independent CD were released. Work with 2 producers should be noted. Wally Bryson (The Raspberries, www.thebrysongroup.com) worked with Chuck Andrewsâs band Qwasi Qwa on the album âShaking Hands With the Governor-1999â. The Cleveland Freetimes gave rave reviews in 2000 to Chuck Andrews band Qwasi Qwa and also won best Americana band. Qwasi Qwa was nominated in 2001 and 2002 under various alt country Americana categories.
Phil McArthur (Nestor Torres, Ricky Martin, KC and The Sunshine Band) worked with Chris Cartrettâs band Doorway27 on the album âThe Rescue Effect-2006â.

Chuck works closely with his cousin Kevin Barnes (Of Montreal) on band, recording and stage performance ideas to refine a unique appeal . David Barnes (Of Montreal art work design) works closely with the band and is credited with most the art work on fire Zuaveâs debut album âSand Fastenedâ. He also works with the band on choreography.
