Philadelphia's garden for experimental sound. Honeymoon Music blossomed out of the compound in the Fishtown neighborhood where Espers, Golden Ball, Sharron Kraus, Niagara Falls, Fursaxa, and a dozen others have been sleeping, cooking, and recording.

This compilation CD encompasses a sweep of styles, all genuine and psychically charged. Lovers of underground folk, improv, drone, broken jazz, and noise will appreciate this acknowledgment of the music that is happening off the grid in Philadelphia and elsewhere. This is the first compilation to highlight Philadelphia's leading role in experimental sound. With guests from their sister label, Marriage Records, Honeymoon hosts a gathering here of players from Philadelphia, Portland, OR, and Europe.

All tracks were produced exclusively for this release. The Compilation is a limited edition of 500 with all original artwork by Norm Fetter, and hand silk screened on recycled, chipboard jackets.
