L.O.U.D. Music Productions is a new music production company headed by Gabriel Swinney and Lenny Harris. They met during their senior year of high school through a mutual friend and met up again during their tenure at Fayetteville State. Theyâve always talked of doing a gospel CD and furthering plans in other areas of business. They started out very small, but never gave up on their vision. They did small demos here and there, but it seemed like nothing would come together like they knew it should. Both got married the same year and the dynamics of both of their lives began to change. Their overall focus concerning music began to shift. They realized that the direction that music has gone has taken a turn from giving glory to God to whoâs more popular on the charts and who has more musical prowess. They determined that they wanted to do music that God was pleased with and that blessed the lives of the hearers. During the beginning of one particular year, both were in fasting and prayer and believe they heard from God about recording a praise and worship album. God had given them songs to write and blessed them to record.

They needed a name and of course prayed about a name that would speak of who they were and the vision, purpose, and course God set them on. The name L.O.U.D. is an acronym for Levites of Unique Diversity. Levites because they believe that they are chosen to minister in the house of God after the patriarchal order of Levi; Unique in delivery of Godâs word through song and lifestyle before God, realizing they must stand out and be different from what is considered the norm; Diverse in musical styles and demographic dynamics, encouraging more unified worship experiences through integration of various nationalities. God has given them a vision to proclaim his word and to do it L.O.U.D. so people can hear it and understand with clarity the message of Jesus Christ and the life He lived and gave for all humanity. He gave all so we could live a free life in Him if we chose to live for Him.

The album title, âTo the Chief Musicianâ, was birthed out of their love and respect for God, deeming Him to be the Chief Musician and their desire to give all glory, honor, praise, and worship to Him. This CD is the culmination of a praise and worship series that will feature various artists and worship leaders. So, stay tuned and in prayer for L.O.U.D. Music Productions!!!
