This CD is made up of vocal songs in various styles that I co-wrote; some have been used the TV shows âAll My Childrenâ, âOne Life To Liveâ, âThe Young and The Restlessâ and âSoul Foodâ.

EASY LISTENING: Adult contemporary, ELECTRONIC: Chill out
Details:
S.O.S. (Some Original Songs) is a collection of tunes I co-wrote with my talented friends. Either Carl Carter, Karen Fiore, or Ray Greene, depending on the song. S.O.S. could also stand for âSongs on Soapsâ as many of these were used on daytime TV dramas. Shows include ABCâs âAll My Childrenâ and âOne Life To Liveâ, and CBSâs âThe Young and The Restlessâ. One was also used on ShowTimes âSoul Foodâ.
The fact that they were used on the soap operas explains the spacey music and often sappy love lyrics. But there is some variety. I start with an up-tempo Latin style, and there are also Country Music and Rock cuts.
Most everything was recorded (and mixed) by me in my home studio. Exceptions would be Frank Basileâs drums and some of Carlâs bass parts and vocals. Thanks for reading, hope you enjoy the music!
