After getting together in 2007, Marcmonster & the Olives started recording their first album in Mexico City under the direction of the members of the band that arranged and produced the album.
During the process, the band got bigger when local musicians joined the group, that now counts with 9 members, making a crazy party everytime they step on the stage.
Marcmonster and the Olives is a proof that genres like folk and blues are not exclusive to the american apparells.
