Based out of Los Angeles, Waiting 4 Wyatt is an Alternative Pop band whose fresh So Cal sound is both upbeat and intelligent. Powerful vocals, driving guitars, and honest subject matter are signature to W4W. The band is Lucy Levinsohn (vocals), Anya Boyer (keys), Billy Berman (bass), Jon Ruiz (guitar) and, Jae Wong (drums).

Known for their high energy performances, the band has been steadily building a grass roots following both locally and throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Texas. W4W has performed in well known L.A. hotspots such as; Universal City Walk, House of Blues, Keyclub, Knitting Factory, Roxy Theatre, Troubadour, and Whisky A Go Go. In 2007 W4W was invited to Austin, Texas where they were a featured artist for the Invasion of the Go Girls at SXSW.

The release of their first album âWhat are you waiting for?â garnered the attention of MTV. The first single, "More than myself," was featured in "Meet the Barkers." Since that airing, the band has landed over 75 placements on the shows âCheyenneâ, âTiara Girlsâ, âMy Ownâ, âParental Controlâ, âNextâ, âUnderage and Engagedâ, âMy Super Sweet 16â, and âThe X-Effectâ.

In late 2007, the title track of their newest EP, âNowhere but upâ, produced by Jeremy Rubolino (30 Seconds to Mars) was featured in the Star 98.7âs Listening Lounge Song Competition where it placed in the Top 10. The success of the Star 98.7 Competition led to another battle of the bands on vMTV (virtual MTV) where W4W came in 2nd place after a grueling 2 month competition. Recently M99.5 in Palm Springs, CA placed the single in permanent rotation.

With television placements and radio under their belt the band has recently added live television appearances to their long list of accomplishments. W4W has been a featured artist on NBC affiliate KMIR TV 6 Morning News as well on CBS 2âs âEye on the Desertâ locals segment.

The band is endorsed by top industry companies such as: Orange Amplifiers, Daisy Rock Guitars, Audix Microphones, Travel Wellness, G&L Guitars, Sabian Cymbals, and Pip Printing.
