Anxiety attacks, also known as panic attacks, are cause by increased amounts of adrenaline releasing into your bloodstream. A message of fear, real or perceived, is sent to your adrenal gland signaling an emergency situation
Learning to relax is essential for coping with anxiety. Doing exercise is an excellent outlet for your anxiety. Do yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. Whenever you feel anxiety, hold your breath for a few seconds. And also learn how to breath properly (diaphragmatic breathing). This works for you because it calms your nervous system.
Symptoms of anxiety panic attacks manifest can sometimes become life threatening or even fatal. Other symptoms are: sweating, hyperventilation, chills, hot flashes, chest pain, and severe headaches. A lot of people experiencing anxiety panic attack also report that they have this feeling of impeding death coming about them.
