A Russian satellite goes off coarse and crashes to earth rainng down pieces, one just happens to land in the lagoon where Gilligan finds it. The Professor uses it to predict the weather. A Hurricane is coming and he's affraid that everything on the island will be washed out to sea. The Castaways lash all the huts together and are washed out to sea and rescued by the Coast Guard. They find that living back in civilization is not quite what they expected and they don't seem to fit in.
