Why do lovers break up? Couples are always breaking up; this is nothing new. The important thing is to find a way to move on with your life, with or without that other person.

Men and women end relationships for different reasons, which can make it hard to get into the mind of the opposite sex. Even if your partner told you why they were leaving, most people usually feel like they are leaving something out.

For example, if your significant other left you and gave the excuse that "it just isn't working out," you need to figure out what they really mean so that you can try to fix whatever the problem is.

Of course, not all breakups are for clear, cut and dry reasons, but some are. For example, if one partner cheats, that's an obvious reason to break up. However, in most cases if one partner cheats on the other then there were probably other problems brewing that eventually caused the cheating to take place.

Basically, if you don't know for certain the exact reason that the relationship failed, then you need to first understand more about what goes on inside the heads of men and women.

Why do men end relationships? Men will usually give some kind of excuse when they end a relationship. Sometimes it's because they don't want to hurt your feelings. Sometimes it's because they don't want to deal with your reaction if they tell you the truth. In fact, sometimes men don't even know why they want to end a relationship--they just want out.

The bottom line is that a man will leave a relationship if it stops giving him what he needs. In general, men want respect and want members of the opposite sex to admire them for who they are. It all comes down to men wanting attention!

If a relationship gets boring for a man, he will probably look for another woman who is new and interesting. If you don't want this to happen, then you need to show your man that you need, want, and admire him...feed his ego!

When a man and a woman first enter a relationship, the woman is usually good at showing the man that she's interested through her body language. As time passes, though, a woman might start putting less effort into appearing interested in him since she already has him.

In general, men don't leave because they've found someone "better," they leave because they want to feel appreciated, respected, and admired again.

Men often complain that their girlfriend nags them too much. It's not necessarily nagging that is the problem, it's the fact that the woman is showing that she is somehow unsatisfied with what he has to offer. This will drive a man out of a relationship.

Of course, this doesn't mean that a woman should be afraid to express her feelings. She just needs to balance things out with an equal amount of love and admiration. A woman doesn't have to cater to the man's every whim, she just has to make him feel wanted.

Why do women end relationships? Women often end relationships for completely different reasons than men do. A woman will be loyal as long as her man makes her feel appreciated, although some men view this need for attention as being "high maintenance" or "needy."
