How to create your own profit pulling eBook that will continually earn you residual income for many years to come
This is certainly where the real money is. Creating and successfully selling your own eBook is possibly one of the most lucrative industries in the world. There are very few costs in the creation of your eBook and every time you sell it, it is virtually all pure profit. There's no better feeling than waking up in the morning, checking your sales and seeing orders flying in all over the place. In this section, I will explain exactly how to create your product, quickly, easily, cheaply and one that sells!

The planning stage is a simple, yet very important, step by step process:

Determine your niche
Niche marketing is defined as "the process of finding and serving small but potentially profitable market segments and designing custom-made products or services for them." First, you need to find your niche. Don't be too broad. There are a lot of people with internet connections out there and there will be a market for any topic you choose to write about. The more you narrow your focus, the higher quality information you can publish and the more you can offer you're customers.

-5You will want to write an eBook about something you enjoy or have knowledge or experience in. For example if you made a lot of money online from affiliate marketing, then write about how you did it. If you lost a large amount of weight in a specific time period, then write about how you did it. People love to hear success stories and follow in someone else's footsteps. Don't worry if there is a lot of competition in your chosen niche, competition is good and anyway, in this eBook, I'm going to explain to you exactly how to separate yourself from the ordinary eBook sellers.

Find what your niche are looking for
In you eBook you want to provide information that is not already available and there must be a demand for it. Find as many forums as possible related to your niche and bookmark them because they will be required throughout your eBook creation and marketing process.

There is a wealth of information available online, but none more so than at forums. Access to forums is worth far more than any eBook or course you may ever purchase. Visit forums related to your niche as often as possible. Remember: You're like a sponge trying to absorb as much information as you can and the more information you absorb, the easier making money will become!

Go to the forums related to your niche and browse through the topics. See what questions are being asked but NOT ANSWERED in any conclusive manner and make a note of them in a word document or notepad document. Entitle your document "eBook Research" because we will be returning to this document again. Once you have compiled at least 15-20 questions, the research phase will begin. These are the questions you are going to need to research and answer in your eBook.

How to find the answers

-6The next stage of your research process is finding the answers to the questions you have compiled in your word document, "eBook Research". There are a few methods to find out the answers, here are the main ones. Internet Research - This is the most obvious. As I've already said, there is a wealth of information online if you can locate the right info, it can become a gold mine. Do a few Google / MSN / AOL searches using different keywords and try and find the answers to your questions. If that fails, visit the forums again and browse through the old topics and see if the question has been answered before. Failing that, move onto the next step. The Library ­ Yes, it may sound old fashioned now due to the revolution of eBooks but library's still exist! Visit your local library and rent a few books all about your niche try and find the answers to your questions and add extra information if you feel it will be beneficial to your target market. Failing that, move onto the next and final step. Ask the Experts ­
Your task now is to locate the experts in your field and ASK THEM! Go back to the forums and find the most common posters and the members who provide the most valuable information and seem most knowledgeable. Find their e-mail addresses and assemble all contact details including their name, forum ID and any other relevant information about them into another word document. You're going to e-Mail them with your questions in the hope that they will respond with some valuable information. But wait! You can't just e-mail them out of the blue in the hope that they will respond to your question with no reward for themselves. There are a few things you need to do first in order to get them to answer: 1) Firstly, make contact with them through the forum they post on. Just respond to any of their questions, back up their responses or just indulge in some general chit-chat. If you can get on first name terms with them, it will greatly enhance your chance of a response. 2) Secondly, you have to give them an incentive t
o answer. It's unlikely they'll do something for nothing. These people more than likely have businesses to run and don't have time to assist others. But what incentives could you give them? You could give them a cut of your profits from your eBook but if you're contacting many different experts then you can't offer them a substantial fee and sales of the eBook can become very messy. You will also have to purchase an affiliate script which can be costly if you're a newcomer to the eBook business. You could offer the experts resale rights but again, if you're reasonably new then they could easily outmuscle you with their reputation, websites and e-mail list and you will have no profit to show for your efforts. The only effective incentive you can offer them is that you will include a link to their website in your eBook if they respond.
