Gene Autry and Frog (Smiley Burnette) help the Red River Land and Irrigation Company when someone starts dynamiting the Dam thats under construction. Gene hires out as a Ditch Rider with the help of Frog and get blamed for the Payroll getting robbed. They set out to clear their name and go after the real Robbers and save the Dam.
