I doubt you want to read about my life story, why I love music, or even what my music sounds like. Rather I will quickly explain where my motivation came from, and from there, you will either exit, or become intrigued. I play videogames. Lots of videogames. And it all started with the NES. Since then I have never quite got those epic tunes out of my head. I started producing electronic music 12 years ago. I have poured my love of dance music, and my love for classic old school videogame sounds into my songs. What was at first a simple hobby, turned into a nightly event of taking my thoughts and turning them into audible delicacies. After releasing 4 CDs and creating over 100 songs, I was given a dream opportunity. I was asked to create a soundtrack for a videogame for the Nintendo Wii. Taking 11 songs out of the total 19 used for the game, Blast Works Unofficial Soundtrack, takes you on a journey that was shaped from years of hard work and dedication. IGN says, âSonically, though, the game has a groovy electronic soundtrack that echoes old school videogame chiptunes.â I donât think I could have worded it better. So please give DJ Tronika a listen, and as always, enjoy.
