The first of Inca Sonâs instrumental CDâs, this is mostly a collection of traditional songs and also such beautiful original tunes as âMi Cambioâ and âViaje a la Montañaâ. The first tune on the CD, âMi Cambioâ, was played by Inca Son together with one of the worldâs premier orchestras, the Boston Pops, in a Symphony Hall concert directed by Keith Lockhart. The Boston Pops liked the song so much they asked permission to record it on their own âLatin Albumâ. âViaje a la Montañaâ not only won Inca Son a 2007 Independent Music Award, but was also voted into the compilation of the recently released âSongs for a Better Planet.â
