This is the Jolley Rogues first collection of tunes on CD entitled, "Love Of A Lifetime".
"Love of Lifetime" show cases Hawaii born Ehukai Teves's original song writing, vocals and dulcimer playing
combined with Michigan born Don Skinners bowed psaltery and harmonica, playing a CD filled with songs and music inspired by Appalachian life. Songs like, "Brother Jon" , " Waiting For My Jean Ritchie" and " Cumberland Gap"were written in Viper, Kentucky at Jean Ritchies log cabin. All songs are in D-A-D tuning except"Evil Junge Prince" D-A-C and both "Merci Waltz" and "Wedding Song" are in D-G-D. Ehukai is playing a three string "Jean Ritchie" model Blue Lion mountain dulcimer and Don plays a 37 stringed Omega Strings bowed psaltery and Lee Oscar harps. All songs written by and copyright (c) 2008 Dr Ehukai J Teves.
