ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Mark Muretisch creates a unique sound, from ballads and contemporary pop/rock to blues and acoustic folk. A Southwestern Pennsylvania native, Markâs style is mainly rooted in traditional popular musical forms of the twentieth century. His musical influences span decades, with the most significant being the male vocalists, vocal groups, and classic rock bands of the 1960âs and 70âs. As a musician, Mark is skilled in various instruments, from keyboards to acoustic and electric guitar, mandolin and bass guitar. His songs express themes of hope, love, and relationship and are presented in a variety of styles appropriate for any event or social gathering and for audiences of all ages.

ABOUT THIS CD:
Most Anything is the second release in six months for Mark, capturing more of the songs that he had written and has been performing for the past year. This and his previous release, Timeless Love, completes his repertoire of most recent works.

The title track, 'Most Anything', is a song of encouragement expressing Mark's philosophy that, if you put your mind to it, you can do most anything. Of special significance is 'And the City Burned', a ballad describing the great Pittsburgh fire of 1845, written to commemorate the 250th anniversary of Pittsburgh in 2008.

Overall, the song themes are varied, though many reflect his favorites of hope, love and relationship.
