We are the Alaska based band Nitengale. We have a long story of miraculous proportions that has led us to where we are and we are confident that our faith in God and ourselves will lead us on to something even greater. We are dedicated to bringing our listeners a powerful and well composed sound reminiscent of artists such as Coldplay, Queen, Muse, The Beatles, Jeff Buckley, and other world class bands. So in light of our predecessors, we have worked very hard to bring something truly original that is tasteful, marketable, and able to be enjoyed by all ages. The musicianship and songwriting within our band is professional and, God willing, we will be able to create a new stir within Christian and non Christian music. We hope to have a powerful impact on the outlook of our nation with a focus on hope rather than despair. We strongly believe that we can make a difference and are very excited to release our album "Theatres". We have worked hard on this project and we feel it is our greatest work to date, incorporating a dynamic range of songs, emotions and tones to take the listener on a journey. Nitengale will be on tour nationally throughout the summer of 2008, following the "Theatres" release at Spirit West Coast Del Mar in late May, 2008.
