Catering & Event Management they have been designed for ease of use by myself the author in detail. Print off the sheets then photo copy them for personal use, it is advisable that after the sheets are completed weekly by staff that they are archived for at least 6 months especially the temperature control sheet, so that if any Enviromental officers, Fire officers or Health & Safety visitors can see that you are well organised and are doing checks for the well being of your business.


These Template sheets are very good value for money with lots of considerations and thought processes, easy of use & structure has gone into them. They will save you lots of time & money. They are completely editable to suit your needs.
