Like a 60s spy-movie theme blasting through an aluminum-siding-covered one-car garage, The Love Me Nots do fuzzy, farfisa-drenched spy rock like it's 1963 again.

The Love Me Nots' 2007 debut album, "In Black & White" saw national and international press and airplay, supported by a coast-to-coast tour and a video by SCREAM-award-winner Brian Pulido. XM Radio named the album one of its Top XMU Albums of 2007, SPIN listed it in "Songs You Need to Download Now," the editors of Billboard Magazine selected the band for its 2007 Independent Music World Series showcase in San Francisco, and the album received national and international critical acclaim.

'DETROIT' is The Love Me Nots' second album, again recorded by the legendary Detroit producer Jim Diamond (White Stripes, Romantics, Gore Gore Girls, Dirtbombs), and again on Atomic A Go Go Records. With thirteen original tracks chock full of the raw garage sound of THE LOVE ME NOTS, 'DETROIT' got its worldwide radio debut in July 2008 on KUPD, by the incomparable Phoenix disc jockey Jonathan L. The album includes the new single "You're Really Something."
