Low Budget is/was one of various band projects Tonino Roseno has founded. Tonino was born in Wismar and grew up in Berlin - Eastern Germany, at the time when a wall still divided the city. Music dominated his life since he was a child. He was trained as a classic double bass player, but with age 16 his focus went towards many other string instruments e.g. guitar, banjo, charango, cuatro venezolano, mandoline as well as various traditional flute instruments. Tonino's repertoire was never limited to a single genre, from Irish traditional to Argentinian Milongas, from Classic Music to main stream rock. This Album reflects some of his best work in Irish music he made in the mid 90'ties
