This splendid CD contains original songs, chants, and benedictions we preform at our weekly Sunday morning meditation. We call these gatherings our "Sunday morning M&M's": music, meditation, message. We usually start with a chant before our quiet time, have a song before the message, and end with a benediction. The arrangements are contemporary and upbeat with great harmony and instrumentals. They are the kinds of songs you can sit and be quiet with or enjoy as background music.

Fattah Kriner is a singer/songwriter with experience in the Yogic, Sufi, and Buddhist traditions. He has been singing and chanting sacred songs for over 30 years.

Victor Dougherty is an instrumentalist and songwriter who had an Irish band for many years. He has produced several albums of his own as well as this one.

Fattah and Victor play together on Sunday mornings and at other events in Kansas City, Missouri.
