Think film music... not the weird stuff but the kind that goes with good stories... there's classical, a good helping of jazz, some new age, a little blues, and even a bit of pop thrown into the mix.

13 MP3 Songs
CLASSICAL: New Age, JAZZ: Smooth Jazz

Details:
If you love Keith Jarrett except for the fact that he screeches along with his playing when he gets excited; if you think George Winston has some cool melodies but should sell his metronome; if you adore Lyle Mays and only wish he'd get a decent haircut; if you are in need of inspiration, about to give birth, or just a person who likes to be nourished by music, then check out these piano compositions at the intersection of classical, jazz, pop, and new-age. It's music that matters!

Markus Hauck was trained as a classical pianist in Germany before studying jazz as a scholarship recipient at Berklee College of Music. He has also lived in Paris and Southern Spain, figured out the meaning of life, and played keyboards (dressed in a bright pink jumpsuit) with a rock group for crowds numbering up to 8,000. In other words, he's a perfectly harmless (although not really normal) guy who just happens to write brilliant music.
