Born in Aberdeen, Mississippi, Psiko Luciano started rapping at the age of eight. Believe or not, that was back in 1982. He grew up listening to the great ones like: Kurtis Blow, Run DMC, Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five, LL Cool J, Public Enemy and many more. He began his rap career with a group called Double-O-2 in the late 80âs, early 90âs. They were the first rap group in the Northeast Mississippi area to record a full rap album. Along with long time rap partner Kidd Jam, now known as Lil Tony, left the group and started their own group called Da Sip in 1997. They have paved the way for other groups such as âDeen Town Villainâ and âLowkey Recordsâ. The nick name for the city of Aberdeen, âDeen Townâ, was a creation of Psiko Luciano back in 1991 in a song he wrote called âLivinâ N Deen Townâ. Now, he is the President and CEO of his own entertainment company called âShock DA World Entertainmentâ. He has and always live by his slogan âWE CAME HERE 2 SHOCK DA WORLDâ.
