HIS VOICE GOSPEL MINISTRIES is comprised of a group of young, dedicated and talented men and women, singers and musicians who have chosen to express their love for Jesus and their commitment to the Christian faith through the medium of music and other related modes of Christian service. They have been actively engaged in the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ for approximately eight years. They have since emerged battle scarred, but matured, triumphant, extremely blessed and even more determined to do their part in the establishment of God’s Kingdom.

HIS VOICE GOSPEL MINISTRIES originated in Brooklyn, New York and has been privileged to minister in and around the tri-state area and other places throughout the United States. They have plans to expand their ministry throughout the Continental United States, Great Britain, Latin America, Australia and Africa. HIS VOICE has already hosted and has been featured in numerous concerts, praise and worship and television programs and have opened for well-known gospel artists including, VICKIE WINANS and TIMOTHY WRIGHT. The group has made an effort to reach the inner city areas and by extension, the urban forgotten, by ministering in nursing homes, homeless shelters, New York City subways, detention facilities and other social institutions.

HIS VOICE is the proud winner of the coveted Hopeton Lewis’ Caribbean Gospel Music Association Award as the Top Gospel Group of the year 2004.

Earlier this year HIS VOICE GOSPEL MINISTRIES completed its very first recording project. This is a major milestone after years of performing many of the gospel tunes made popular by some of the major national and international gospel artists. HIS VOICE GOSPEL MINISTRIES has discovered some very talented songwriters, composers, musicians and arrangers from within their ranks, and is very excited about the list of original songs that are included on this album. It has proven to be very hard work to complete this project, sometimes operating under trying and less-than-ideal circumstances. However, armed with the belief that their inspiration comes directly from God who has been incredibly faithful, blessing them beyond their wildest dreams, and from whom they have received their marching orders, these artistes know that success is sure. One of their greatest challenges has proven to be that of financing the project. However, God has continued to build their faith in Him by supplying their needs one day at a time. The debut album, GOD CAN is now here and available. It is indeed a source of great blessing and inspiration to all who hear.

HIS VOICE GOSPEL MINISTRIES is confident that the God who has led them in the past is willing, able and powerful enough to lead them in the future and will empower them to, “ mount up with wings as eagles . . .” (Isaiah 40:31)
