Blending contemporary jazz styles with Latin rhythms, guitarist/composer Russ Corvey received national attention as leader of the smooth jazz ensemble Indigo City, performing across the U.S. and Europe. In 2003 he composed the music for a full-length contemporary ballet with noted Argentine choreographer Hernan Justo.

Now living in Washington, DC, he is currently writing a new dance work and recording a new smooth jazz CD.
