Jerry Wise comes from a family of musicians and writers. He has dedicated himself fully to his song writing and has recently released his first album, "Grain of Sand". As a former worship arts minister, he spent years encouraging others to seek God in their daily living and continues to do so in the recording studio and on the stage.
In college, Jerry majored in business and classical voice. He was involved in jazz choir, men's choir and concert choir. In his sophomore year he had the opportunity to study overseas where he was awarded the Dean's Award for outstanding leadership. That was also the year that Jerry picked up a guitar and a new world of music opened up for him.
As a child, Jerry sang on 2 Dove nominated children's albums with Jodi Benson, Disney's Little Mermaid and on a children's album for Kid Rhino/ WarnerBrothers. Then when he was 13 years old, he won a solo spot with the San Antonio Symphony.
