Kathleen is a Certified Professional Coach, CPCC, and PCC, bringing a vast array of professional experience working in both academic and executive settings. She developed her practice as a certified coach beginning in 2000 after over 20 years in academic environments and consulting with and guiding women technology professionals to secure hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital. Kathleen has completed 3 major coaches training programs including the Certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach degree from CTI, graduating from the Center for Right Relationship Organizational Systems Training and a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation. Her academic graduate trainings were at both UCLA (Sociology) and USC (Business Management) which makes football and basketball allegiances a challenge.

Kathleenâs clients are executives of major for-profit and non-profit companies as well as professionals in private or small practices. While she hails from Los Angeles, her clients are scattered around the world. Many executive clients found her through her professional speaking and training activities. Many of her clients use her confidence building guided imagery and affirmations to help them succeed.
