My life has been a musical journey. The road to Bluegrass music really began thirty years ago in Georgia. There were detours and delays along the way. In 1996 I was finally there. An old bass stood in the corner beckoning to me. I've never left its side since then.

On a recent trip from West Virginia to Georgia, I had the idea of playing some of my favorite tunes with two of my favorite people. I asked my favorite aunt, Edye, and a special friend Gerry to join me. The two people who have given me the most encouragement during the journey are sharing this special time with me. My Aunt is always my constant and best picking' partner. Gerry made it possible use all my favorite guitar, fiddle, and banjo tunes.
