So, this Cd was made in the summer of 2000. We sung about how we got to meet Levar Burton. it was truly an amazing experience. In this Cd, We experimented with our brand new "recording equipment" is such songs as Ok in the UK, Chlorine Booty, and We met levar Burton. Our recording equipment was actually an old tape recorder that I found in a dumpster outside my High School Japanese class. But it had like a recording level adjuster thingy, so that made it really cool. For the song OK in the UK, we didn't really understand how it worked, and we used the wrong mic, so it sounds really bad.
ON a similar Note, This is the First CD where the concept of the Choji Moji sing-a-long was implemented. The guitar and stuff that actually sounds decent is played by Elliot. We actaully recorded most of the tracks for this before the "official" release of the First CD "Discount Idols". Uh, what else... yeah, I think that's the high points. Just that on this cd you can hear a hint of Choji Moji's serious music developing. I think it would help if I could remember which songs were actually On this cd. I look really bad in that cover picture. actually, I think we all do. I like how it's taken from down low, so we seem more imposing. Levar Burton looks all scared and confused. I (Chris) Designed the cover art, by the way. it's rather simple, but I kind of like it.
I really don't think anyone actually owns this cd. I don't think I even own this CD. but the cover Art is cool enough to justify getting it. maybe once I make my credit card work again...
Speaking of art, the inside art is a picture of me driving my car, and my cat Gohan. The japanese basically says "long thing" and "love cat" from left to right. I figured that no one would actually ever buy this cd from mp3.com, and thus it wouldn't matter what I put on the book. of course, that didn't stop it from taking like 3 hours to make cause I was fooling around with different designs. UH... I'll update this and talk about the music sometime...
