Jim Cook was borne in Inez Kentucky and toured the Eastern Seaboard Circuit for over five years with such steller country music groups as Keith Whitley and the Osburn brothers. On this CD he teams up with the nationally renouned Lead Picker Jerry Swallow on Telecaster. Jerry Swallow Led the Tanya Tucker Band for five years. The twelve songs on this CD were co-wrtten by Jim Cook, Ray Cook and producer Taylor McKinnon Who plays Keyboards, Guitar, Bass, Drums,Fiddle, and provides vocal harmony. The Jim Cook band plays out of San Bernardino CA with Jim Cook as lead singer and Band Leader. The band presently plays local veterans groups dances such as VFW and American Legion plus local venues. Co-writer on some of these songs is Ray Cook from Inez Kentucky and Taylor McKinnon from Birmingham Alabama. Jim and taylor have started a record company called "holly "records expressly to market Jim Cooks band but may take other artists if the enterprise succeeds!Steve Morales is on bass,Carlos Cassini on drums.
