This is where I'm supposed to tell all about my musical background and accomplishment. I'll try but all I can really say is it been an interesting journey.

I started playing trumpet in 6th grade band. It wasn't my first choice but my testing score were not high enough to play drums in band. That was one time my parents didn't mind that I was not good at tests.

I was not really focused on music until I heard the recording of 'Brain Salad Surgery' by Emerson Lake and Palmer. I was like...What the c@#$ is that!!! It was loud, obnoxious and challenging. Did I mention loud? Anyway, that started me down the path of really listening to music, learning how to play the piano and trying to understand the underlying structure of music. That was many years ago and I'm still listening and trying to understand to this day.

I have always tried to write music but just lately have really put the time and energy to try and find a musical voice.

My latest work is called 'Fade'. The music on this CD is reflective how your mind might imagine places and memories. My music has some complex and abstract elements but I try to keep it accessible for all.
