Joe Fix is an artist to take notice of not just for his captivating and booming voice, but for his
honest, self-depricating, and original view. With tracks ranging in subjects from; insomnia, dating,
being a "nobody", having a "superhero complex" and the struggles of an artist for hire. A graduate from
Columbia College Chicago in 2002, he has been a freelance designer working closely with many other
artists colaborating on music and graphic / illustrative layouts. Since then, he has also been performing
his own music around Chicago as well as Iowa and Wisconsin.

The album Open 24/7 was produced by DJ Alo for Garden Music. Alo believed that with his crisp,
underground crate-loving production, and Joe, with his irreprehensible straight forward delivery, they
could come together and make music thats bare knuckle hip-hop. Fix has creative, introspective stories
about his life that only shine over the emaculate style Alo has become known for.
