WARRIOR is a straight-ahead hard rocking band that picks up where real rock left off and adds new twists, excellent hooks, intricate leads and heart-wrenching lyrics about our lives with and without Christ. Mike Goodnight (vocals/bass), Keith Coleson (drums), and Tad Donley (vocals/guitars) have donned their armor, war paint, selected their weapons. They will rock you from your CD players to the stage! WARRIOR started in 1985 but Tad Donley, a Californian, fought low self-esteem, drugs, alcohol and sex and left WARRIOR to form Venus two years later. The nationwide success of his band, Venus, in the early 90âs finally came to a halt. Tad needed help. God led Tad to recovery through rehab and a brand new life with Jesus. In 1995 Tad rejoined WARRIOR, and members changed up to 1999 when Mike Mike Goodnight and Keith Coleson formed a permanent bond.

Mike Goodnightâs rough bikerâs life and penchant for taking risks led to his death. He was found dead hanging from a tree over a street, a bad prank. An out of body experience occurred when he saw the paramedics while they tried to revive him. He felt Godâs hand on his shoulder, and heard God saying, âItâs not your timeâ. God was persistent, and Mike finally gave his life to the Lord. Keith Coleson had a church upbringing while being on guard in his home. In his teens, he gave in to sex and alcohol. At 18, Keith moved out and partied- sex, drugs & rock-n-roll. In 1991, he had a son, and he stopped living in the fast lane. Now heâs a solid and mature person with an unyielding faith in Christ.
