Based in Leeds after forming a band from university, James Welch is a composer whose roots are firmly based in the human emotional states. Drawing from life experiences and other disciplines James has created a concept album mapping out some of the most intense and contrasting emotions. With a backdrop of highly energised and contentious textures with excellent musicianship across the board, this album is Welch's first steps into the foray of the music and gigging world. Playing gigs across Leeds and the North of England the animated performances from James and his band should not be missed.
