This is definitely a neat little trick.
Let's say that you are offering a product for $24.95....and the person decides either he doesn't want to join or it's too much money or whatever his reason might be.

What you do is insert the codes and your chances of getting this person to sign up increases by 80!

What you are doing is offering this person a chance to sign up at just $2.95 for a Trial Version of your offer.

They get 3 days or so to decide if they want to continue or not with your offer...if they don't they need to cancel if they do decide then their credit card will be billed for $24.95 in 4 days...7 out of 10 people are going to stay with your product so you not only made the $2.95 but also made another $24.95 when their credit card gets charged in 4 days after the trial version. Their credit card is then billed every 30 days "recurring billing".

Now the script will pop up the website you are about to make with your offer and on top of the pop up will be a counter counting down from 10 minutes. Meaning they have 10 minutes or so to accept or decline your offer. It is really neat.

The purpose of this is to get more customers once they see this script they will re-consider joining your site!
