Description:

(ID 382094)
Thoughtful Americana Music. Rocks hard quite often, Plucks softly when called for. Lyrical content to contemplate, enough volume to be a more than suitable road trip companion.

11 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Americana, ROCK: Emo

Details:
"What I was trying to say about the "theme" of your album is that you've captured something that people say all the time in meaningless cliches (live life to the fullest, live like there's no tomorrow, carpe diem, etc, etc) and expressed that idea in a way that really means something tangible. Songs should have the effect of making people ask questions about their lives, and I think that's about the best thing a work of art can do. Also, I think the way the first and last songs "frame" the album sort of adds to the feeling that it was conceived of as a cohesive group of songs."
-Brian Ivey, Independent Filmmaker

The record shows the wide range of influences in Jones' repertoire. From the guitar-driven rockers, to the country-tinged songs to the always-interesting lyrics, it is not always easy to put labels on what he does. But that is what makes him worth seeing.
