Born in Ballinger, Texas on April 2nd 1947 Ken has finally fulfilled one of his lifelong dreams. Yes, it was a long time coming but Ken recorded his first major CD in 2000.
Ken started doodling with a guitar at 13, singing his favorite country songs. He experimented with rock & roll in his teens but came back to his true love, Country Music.
Ken recorded in Nashville and Corpus Christi, Texas but was never satisfied with the outcome...or success. The dream ws still there however and he discovered that not only could he sing, he could write. Viola! His new passion. Ken put all his energy into his new found love. Alone, or with co-writers, he started pumping out original songs. Soon, other artists and groups were recording his tunes.
Feeling good about his new direction, Ken concentrated on recording original music. Ken recorded the CD "Texas Two-steppin'" in 2001. His music has continued to get better and better. "Under the Influence of Love" is his latest album and everyone who hears it says it is his best work to date.
