Details:
Veteran producer/engineer/musician rolls his own with a little help from his friends.

This album contains songs recorded in a time span from 1983 to 1999, but don't let that throw you off. The music is as timely today as it was when it was written and recorded. In short, it is a collection of songs which have been waiting in the wings to be finished.

NOTES FROM BOB:
For years, as I have been recording many artists and groups here at Cedar Crest Studio, I never quite found the time for my own recordings. Occasionally, when an artist/friend visited the studio to record their own music, I would find just the right spot to feature their playing talents on one of my own tracks which "needed a little something". This process in many cases took years to get a particular song fleshed out. In other cases a song was recorded in a very short period of time, as if the planets were all lined up just right.

I always told myself that "eventually I'll get around to my own album". Every time someone would ask to hear one of my own compositions, I always found myself searching through an old shoe box full of reference mixes on cassettes and playing them after apologizing for the sound. I finally got tired of making excuses and decided that I needed something I could be proud of.

This CD is the first release of some of those recordings. There's more to come so stay tuned . . . . .
