Keith started playing saxophone at age 10, played through high school, and then college. While Keith has always been recognized as a great perfoming musician, he began his professional music career as a middle school band director, then as an instructor in career education. Recently, he obtained his MM (Masters in Music) at The Ohio State University. Other career highlights include experience as a web developer and as a technical support consultant.
As a performing musician Keith is on the brink of making it past the point of "part-timer." He's had lots of impromptu performances nationally with groups like Blessed Union of Souls, Bare Naked Ladies, Kirk Whalum, Jewel, Winton Marsalis, Dave Mathews Cover Band, and more! He's also performed on tour with Michael Wolff, T.S. Monk, and The Afro-Rican Ensemble. Currently, he can be seen performing with the regional rock/pop cover band Shucking Bubba Deluxe and the smooth jazz group called Aftermath.
