First and foremost find out how much work out is really necessary for you. Then calculate the time required. Maximum 40 minutes at a time or even less will be sufficient. Initially it may be only thrice a week or only on weekends depending upon your time constraints. Then select something that is within your limits. Since the gym's location should be nearer to your work place it should be easy for you to reach the place.
