Composed of Loney Hutchins on keyboards and vocals, Seth Linker on guitar and vocals, Jannea Mcclure on drums and Paul Feldman on bass, Kick Me Kate released their self-titled LP in February 2000. The band was responsible for all aspects of the recoding, including production and engineering. The album has been featured in the rotation of college stations, and has sold well across the nation. In addition to performances at the 2001 Slamdance Film Festival, Kick Me Kate has performed live on the Los Angeles college station KXLU.

Having finished their recent "Best Summer Ever Tour" this past July with resounding success, Kick Me Kate is now in the beginning stages of making their next full length release. Like its predacessor, the album will be completely produced, mixed and engineered by the band and no one else. So there.
