Slava Kazykin is the representative of two clarinet schools: ukrainian and french. Since his childhood he was aroused to the music by his father, Vladimir Kazykin, great melomane and musician amator.
At the age of nine, Slava began the learning of clarinet with Yuri Vasilevitch, who made him enter several concours and concerts, teaching him by those means what a scene looks like; then, he entered the Regional Conservatory of Kiev and became for a few years the pupil of Roman Vovk â a recognized breath and soundâs specialist. He finished his studies in the National Superior Conservatory of Kiev while coming back to his first teacher, Yuri Vasilevitch, and leading an already busy professional career (radio and television recordings, tours abroad...).
Finally, he refined his interpretation with Jacques Dambrine at the Conservatory of Nantes (France) with a throughly work on the styles of Western Europeâs classical music.

Ludmila Zaitseva was born at Kiev, in Ukraine. She began her studies at the musical college Lysenko with Victor Ermakov, and continued at the National Tchaikovski Conservatory of Kiev with Alexander Snigerev (piano class) and Rimma Golubeva (accompaniment class), where she obtained the 1st prize of piano. Afterwards, she worked during ten years as a piano professor at the Regional Conservatory of Kiev.
During her studies, Ludmila won the 1st prize at the concours âChopinâs Concertosâ, then in 1995 the diploma of the best accompanist at the Chisinauâs International Concours (Moldavia).
Since 1999, she lives in France, currently works at the Conservatory of La Roche sur Yon, and continues her pianist career by playing many concerts as a soloist, or in various formations.

Slava Kazykin est le représentant de deux écoles de clarinette : ukrainienne et française.
Dès son enfance, il a été éveillé à la musique par son père, Vladimir Kazykin, qui, musicien amateur et grand mélomane, a su transmettre sa passion à son fils.
A neuf ans, Slava a commencé l'apprentissage de la clarinette avec Yuri Vasylevitch, qui le fit participer dans de nombreux concours et concerts, lui apprenant ce qu'était la scène ; ensuite il est entré au Conservatoire Régional de Kiev et est devenu pour quelques années l'élève de Roman Vovk - spécialiste reconnu des techniques du son et de la respiration. Il a terminé ses études au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Kiev en revenant chez son premier professeur, Yuri Vasylevitch, et tout en menant déjà une vie professionnelle active (enregistrements à la radio, télévision, tournées à l'étrangerâ¦).
Enfin, il a affiné son interprétation avec Jacques Dambrine au Conservatoire de Nantes, par un travail sur les styles de la musique classique d'Europe occidentale.
Slava Kazykin est titulaire du Ier prix de clarinette, du Ier prix de musique de chambre et du Certificat d'Aptitude du Conservatoire Supérieur Tchaïkovski de Kiev ; médaille d'or de clarinette du Conservatoire de Nantes, ainsi que lauréat du Concours National Ukrainien d'Interprètes d'instruments à vents, et du Concours International de Musique de Chambre de Rivne.

Ludmila Zaitseva a débuté lâapprentissage du piano à cinq ans, et a tout de suite montré des résultats très prometteurs. À sept ans, elle était prise à lâEcole pour enfants spécialement doués pour la musique, où l'on mêlait études musicales et scolaires sans discernement (professeur V.Ermakov) ; puis elle a suivi les cours du Conservatoire Supérieur de Kiev (professeur A.Snigerev), y obtenant le Premier prix.
Tout en étant étudiante au Conservatoire, elle devint titulaire du premier prix du concours « Concerts de Chopin ». Entre 1989 et 1999, elle fut professeur
titulaire du Conservatoire National de Kiev. En 1995, elle obtint le diplôme de la meilleure accompagnatrice au Concours International de Chisinau (Moldavie).
Depuis 1999, elle travaille au Conservatoire de La Roche sur Yon, et poursuit sa carrière de pianiste, donnant de nombreux concerts en soliste ou en
formations variées.
