Simone Borghi, born in Ancona in 1975, at the age of 15 became one of the most active rock musicians in the Marche region of Italy. After a decade of playing dues in Italy, Simone reached the US, Los Angeles to be precise, and there recorded his first two CDs, âFor many yearsâ (2004) and âBy the moonâ (2006), in collaboration with musician and producer James Raymond (son of David Crosby of CSN&Y), world famous drummer Vinnie Colaiuta (who has recorded with Sting, Frank Zappa, Joni Mitchell and Chick Corea), and bassist Tony Levin (collaborator of musicians the likes of Peter Gabriel, John Lennon, King Crimson, Paul Simon and David Bowie).
