Introducing a new country music artist from Alabama.....

She would sit in front of the mirror as a baby and watch herself laugh and cry. Laurelyn has always had a flair for performing and drama. As a small child she started singing in church on a regular basis and at the age of nine recorded her first self-titled CD with cover songs of contemporary Christian music.

At thirteen, Laurelyn is mature for her years. Although she has been born and raised in the South, she has experienced different cultures through her grandparents - former International Missionaries in the Seychelle Islands of the coast of Africa and also in the Philippines. She is active in her church, school and community and takes part in many extracurricular activities such as cheerleading, softball and yearbook staff. In addition, Laurelyn won a local Cover Miss Pageant in January and will be representing her area in the State Pageant to compete for scholarship prizes.

In the last few years Laurelyn has been asked to perform in a variety of church, school and community events. A favorite performer in the community, she has acquired a group of fans of all ages.

After many requests from her friends and family, she has recorded a CD with original country music and has begun booking events in order to promote her CD and gain more valuable performance experience.

Being influenced by a wide variety of artist and music genres, Laurelyn has her own very unique sound, rich and warm.
