La Discotek is compose of various artists from Puerto Rico, Ohio, Florida and Michigan. The music feature herein is a mix of Latin percussion fuse with techno, rap, reggae, among other rhythms from other Latino sub-genres. The sound is rich in roots and targets open minded music listeners as well as traditional music lovers of the genre.

Story

The purpose of the entire project has been to generate a buzz around the Northeast Ohio region and establish our organization. The objective however has been to develop and expose new talent creating an urban image with utmost respect to the public. The entire roster of artists involved in the project is divided across the United States and Puerto Rico. This increases our possibility to reach a diverse level of entertainment presenting you with an assorted music compilation. Overall, this journey has turn out to be an accelerating educational experience for our company.

In Puerto Rico we contacted a few artists with previous track records such as; Albizu y Lefty, which appeared with Don Omar on the âLos Bandolerosâ production of 2005 with their single âTu cuerpo me provocaâ. Our company is proud to have their latest single âVamos Paâ La Discoâ as part of âLA Discotekâ. We also invited Dinamico featuring in the CD with Xcel y Waldo on the single âHey Mamiâ , these three upcoming artists lean more into the pop culture of reggaeton with their melodious sound. People say they sound like Randy y Jowell by comparing their artistic sound to that of the famous duo. Lastly, we talk to Aldo y Dandyâs managers, once finally we got a hold of them they were on board for the production. For this project they share with us their âShake Your Bum Bumâ composition, which carries an intense music rhythm that will keep you busy on the dance floor or in your home kitchen. This guys are semi-new to the genre but offer tremendous amount of value to the production. They have work with Don Omar on the âLos Bandoleros Reloadedâ and are currently being produce by Ivy Queenâs staff producers. Dandy is in the process of signing an agreement with distributor Sony for his debut album âFlow Salvajeâ.

In Cleveland, Ohio we have Los Fabulosos. This crew has an untimely presence in the music business but are interesting in all aspects of their music foreground. Their music is compose of romantic song writing topped with rap lyrics, people tend to compared them with a group controversially known as Calle 13. We also have two gurus of the hip-hop music scene in the Northeast Ohio region, LUCK and Tony Marv. They offer the production the forthcoming sound of the Latin hip-hop, therefore, introducing a new chapter to our project in a unlike perspective.

In Florida, we have Andy Jamil. An enthusiastic singer/songwriter who dedicates to write about his experiences as a young man and expresses deep emotions through the words in his songs. The tropical music lover embrace romanticism on his latest single âAdmirador Secretoâ to bring you a romantic story about a high-school sweetheart. People say he sounds like Toby Love or Romeo from Grupo Aventura. Our company can not be more proud to represent this young artist as he discovers himself in the record industry.

In Michigan, we have the Latin Industry Connection with some of the best reggaeton performers in the region. In 2007, during the Burger Kingâs âTu Ciudad, Tu Musicaâ contest, their group Final (Four) 4our won the first place award of the competition which took place at the Puerto Rican festival in the city of Chicago. Final 4our won more than a first place award that night, they won the respect of the independent music community through their success. They share with us their successful single âComo Fueâ. Then we have Nebell in the line up, he joints the production with one of his known singles âSe que me Mientesâ which has been air in various states and is currently being aired in PortalReggaeton.com, a popular virtual and hardcover magazine in Puerto Rico. People have said that he sounds like Arkangel âLa Maravillaâ in more than one occasion. Demente is actually from Washington D.C., however, he is also represented by the same company. He is a flashy looking fellow with a lover boy appearance but donât let the looks fool you. In his single âDale Pal Sueloâ, which is the song on the CD, he takes it to the club like reggaeton followers demanded. Fans that like the recording artist Yomo, say that Demente sound a lot like the famous reggaetonero.

About the Production Manager

Gallera, an entrepreneur at age 27; has been involved in the music industry since 1997. Starting out at a young age, until now he has wore many hats in todayâs music industry. Gallera has acted under many titles such as; artist, event promoter, and sound engineer among many others throughout the years. In 2005, Gallera began attending to the Cuyahoga Community College institution of recording arts and technology. Here is were Gallera gains his foundation on small business management and recording engineering. In the beginning of 2007, Gallera open a start-up studio business out of the attic of his house and by 2008, he has revolutionize the business into their present firm named Gallera Music LLC. The company which is also known by âThe Illegal Companyâ, focus their vision on creating a new model business. One which focuses on the careers of oriented artists in todayâs music industry by offering long term partnerships. Only time will tell what the future holds for Gallera Music LLC.
