The music we write and perform is about turning our experiences, learning, pain, and beliefs into songs that you can relate to and enjoy in such a way that they will affect your life. Here are the guys that have chosen to give their lives to this effort. Nate and Jeff Ayres started a band back in high school when they found a love for writing music and performing it. Jeff's vocal ability was recognized early on and has since grown in ways we couldn't have even known. His voice is easy to listen to, yet rich and powerful as well. Jeff is currently getting his masters in vocal performance at Lamont. Nate has a strong background in acoustic guitar and has been working on lead guitar for the last couple of years, as Jeff has matured in his guitar playing and writing. His unique blend of strums and finger picking are easily recognized. We met up with JJ back in 2000 and added his proliferate skill on the drums. He has put an incredible number of hours into his goal of being one of the best drummers of all time - taking one style/competency at a time. Aaron is the newest member of the band. He started playing bass with us in March 2004 and brings a wealth of musical influences, many of which we have not had in the past, including jazz and hip-hop.
