The following description refers to the CD being sold on CD Baby (released in 2003).
Lea Herman Band:
Jamie Settlow- guitar, harmonica, bass, background vocals
Jody Smith- guitar, piano, background vocals
Lea Herman- lead vocal, piano, guitar
Lea and Jamie have been playing at various clubs and coffeehouses in L.A. since Spring of 2002. This CD contains some of their first original songs. It was recorded in January 2003 at L.A.'s Muse Studio with Frank Strauss (Frank adds some nice gospel piano to "Dorothy"). Since then, Jody Smith, a solo singer/songwriter in his own right, has joined the group. Currently, they are in the process of recording a full album that will encompass their evolving alt-country, pop sound.
