Lillian Caesar was born in St. Kitts in 1953. As a Radio/TV news reporter at ZIZ Radio/TV St. Kitts, Radio Antilles in Monserrat, and later, News Director WSTA St.Thomas, her name became a familiar one across the Caribbean.
Lillian has been recognized in the continental U.S. and the U.S.V.I. for positively impacting her community. A cosmetologist of twenty-two years in St. Croix, she is also the Territorial Program Coordinator for the Minority Organ/Tissue Transplant Education Program (MOTTEP) and has authored a series of children's books on transplantation. Lillian Casear-Sutherland, well versed in colloquial and standard terminology, has also produced a book of poetry entitled "The Unrelenting Power Of Words" and "Caribbean Essence," a CD featuring poems set to Caribbean music.
"Inspiration For The Soul" celebrates Lillian's 50th birthday and the blessings that each year has brought. Although no one knows which direction she will come from next, rest assured that Lillian will continue to teach, encourage, guide and inspire!
